职责描述：1.负责OBC DCDC软件团队的组织架构规划及人员招聘面试Responsible for organization planning and personnel recruitment interview of OBC DCDC software team2.负责软件团队的人员培养和考核Responsible for training and assessment of the software team3.负责软件团队的日常管理工作Responsible for the management of the software team4.负责软件开发流程体系的建设Responsible for the construction of software development process system5.负责软件开发能力建设Responsible for software development capacity building6.负责软件项目管理工作Responsible for software project management7.负责软件开发工作：软件方案、架构设计和控制策略等。Responsible for the software development: software concept, architecture design and control strategy, etc.8.负责产品软件系统的优化。Optimize product software system.9.完成上级领导临时布置的相关工作。Finish the job assigned by the leader10.遵守公司各项规章制度。Obey to the company rules任职要求：1.大学本科及以上毕业，工程类相关专业。Bachelor/ Master Degree in relevant engineering discipline. 2.五年以上软件开发相关经验及三年以上团队管理相关工作经验。Minimum 5 years relevant experience in software development and more than 3 years relevant experience in team management.3.精通汽车软件开发的流程，ASPICE, V-Model。Proficient in automobile software development process, ASPICE and V-Model.4.熟悉汽车软件架构AUTOSAR和OSEK。Familiar with automotive software architecture AUTOSAR and OSEK.5.熟悉功能安全标准ISO26262。Familiar with functional safety standard ISO26262.Proficient with the overall flow of software development.6.熟悉OBC，DCDC，BMS，ECU等新能源产品。Be familiar with OBC, DCDC, BMS, and ECU etc.7.熟悉ISO14229、ISO15031、ISO15765等诊断设计规范，ISO11898、CAN2.0/J1939、CAN-FD等总线协议规范。Familiar with ISO14229, ISO15031, ISO15765 and other diagnostic design specifications, master ISO11898, CAN2.0/J1939, Can-FD and other bus protocol specifications.8.积极乐观，良好的沟通技巧。Positive attitude and interpersonal skill.9.独立,有上进心，有雄心，有良好的职业操守。Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity.
